Ingredients

  • 200g VRAB

  • 50g Cashew

  • 75ml water

  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tap onion powder

  • Dash of salt

  • Dash of pepper

  • ½ Lemon

  • 50g chopped Japanese cucumber

  • 50g chopped tomatoes

Directions

  • Soak cashews in 75ml for at least 2 hours prior
  • Blend cashews soaked in water till silky smooth with no lumps of cashew bits
  • Mix blended cashews, Cajun seasoning, garlic and onion powder together. Season salt and pepper to taste
  • Add VRAB, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and squeeze lemon into the mixture.
