200g VRAB
50g Cashew
75ml water
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tap onion powder
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
½ Lemon
50g chopped Japanese cucumber
50g chopped tomatoes
Directions
- Soak cashews in 75ml for at least 2 hours prior
- Blend cashews soaked in water till silky smooth with no lumps of cashew bits
- Mix blended cashews, Cajun seasoning, garlic and onion powder together. Season salt and pepper to taste
- Add VRAB, chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and squeeze lemon into the mixture.
