Ingredients

  • 150g VRAB

  • 60g Vegan mayo

  • 50g Vegan cream cheese

  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

  • ½ Lemon

  • 20g chopped onion

  • Salt and pepper

  • ¼ tsp Paprika

  • ¼ tsp Onion powder

  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder

  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs

  • Parsley for Garnish

  • Tortilla chips (Optional)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mixed till well combined
  • Place mixture in ramekins, and top each ramekins with breadcrumbs
  • Bake in oven for 15 mins till golden brown at the top, at 190degree celsius.
  • Serve with tortilla chips on the side.
