150g VRAB
60g Vegan mayo
50g Vegan cream cheese
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ Lemon
20g chopped onion
Salt and pepper
¼ tsp Paprika
¼ tsp Onion powder
¼ tsp Garlic powder
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
Parsley for Garnish
Tortilla chips (Optional)
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mixed till well combined
- Place mixture in ramekins, and top each ramekins with breadcrumbs
- Bake in oven for 15 mins till golden brown at the top, at 190degree celsius.
- Serve with tortilla chips on the side.
